If someone not in the game when it starts tries to enter the apartment complex area via a teleportation ability they may have, what would happen? Would that count as teleporting outside the Tower, and therefore just not work (or not work for other reasons idk)?

Or would they like... attract bears to their location to kill them, or would it be like a person without a bear entering the gameplay late? ... or some other possibility I'm not thinking of orz.
