A new Challanger approaches!

Hey everyone. I'm Kati, I'm brand new and I will be joining you all with Gensokyo's resident Kleptomaniac, Marisa Kirisame! She's very carefree and wants your stuff. I mean it. And that includes your spells if you know any.

She will be in room 1-3 and her collar color is Blue!
