So it seems like this jerk was accepted a week earlier than I thought he would be. ... still, I'm in no hurry to make his intro and I need to get adjusted to Naga being here, so I think I'll take my time for now. In the meantime, this is the Crawling Chaos, Nyarlathotep, the main antagonist from the Persona 2 games. I'm planning on taking his characterization from the game, a bit of Jung's ideas, and Lovecraft's original writing. Hopefully I can do well enough with him and be as much of a troll as he was in-game.
