I have some business to discuss, LoZ Cast!
Firstly, you may or may not know, Reno was a witness to the first meeting of the Evil League. While there Ganondork basically hired Reno to spy around on a selection of the Zelda cast.
The time he started spying would be about a day or two after the Evil League Meeting which would have been about a week ago on the 23rd.
List of people he's been hired to spy on:
Zelda.
Tetra.
Possibly Hero!Zelda.
Fi.
Fado.
Possibly Pipit.
Link.
All of the Links.
Always the Links.
He's met some Links before.
Possibly Legolas because lol
ANYONE WITH POINTY EARS
Information gathered might include:
Their daily routine (or parts of it)
What they eat
Who they talked with
What they talked about
Anything unusual
Things he would do:
Hang out in areas the character is known to frequent.
Talk to the character briefly: Ask innocent sounding questions. Make conversation/gossip/comments.
Sit with them at breakfast/lunch/dinner or close to them and have quick meal conversations.
Offer to make something to eat for them if they happen into the cafeteria at the same time (Reno makes his own meals and isn't too bad of a cook.) <--- this will be used to jot down what they like and don't like to eat.
Be civil, and even pleasant (he would be keeping his tendency to snark down)
Things he would NOT do:
Talk too much about himself.
Go through your trash.
Go through your room.
He does have a set of Shinra issue electronic bugs, but I have decided not to introduce these and instead rely on other means.
Also, note that Reno himself has a tower job (window washing), and two bitties in training so he would not be doing this constantly 24/7.
This information would be passed on to Ganondorf via Reno's reports.
Since that's quite a list, I'd really appreciate handwaving a lot of that! Because this would be a big job for anybody, I'm putting up a post for anything you'd like to share with thestalkery creepy person that may be getting a little friendly with your characters. You will be able to find it on this journal and I will be linking to it in my sticky post at the top for easy finding. Please feel free to add on with additional comments anything new that develops or if Reno hasn't been able to spy on them for a length of time due to death/illness/whatever.
NOTES!
Chances are characters would not notice Reno spying. He's highly trained in this field and can make most of it look like just coincidence or him trying to make new friends (and he would do that.) IF, on the other hand, your character can sense emotions or anything of that type, I will refer you to my catch-all permissions post, as then the truth of the matter may be revealed, though I would prefer trying to stretch the spying out as long as possible. (Useful lackeys do not die horribly painful deaths.)
You are not obligated in any way to be spied upon if you do not wish. I can deal with that either by making up IC excuses or just have Reno not encounter them/be incredibly unlucky tracking them down.
