Russia will be taken out of his cell for surgery on Tuesday, June 12. He will be injected with a drug that will render him powerless and paralyzed, except in that he can speak. He will be able to feel the surgery, but will not feel pain from it. His head will be shaved and prepared for brain surgery. His brain will be removed and dipped in a yellow liquid before being replaced in his skull and reconnected.

Russia will recover from the surgery enough to interact and use abilities within five hours. He will hallucinate a field of sunflowers around him that will, if he doesn't actively attempt to fight it, make him more agreeable and willing to go along with the group.
