Whoops, I should have done this earlier. Hi everyone! My name is Redd and I'm bringing you a Route 29 CRAU version of Ryuunosuke Uryuu!

Ryuunosuke was in Route for a year and five months, so he's had a lot of time to develop. That said, most of his development went in a stupid bad direction; instead of killing people he resorted to attacking people with Pokémon. The biggest chances here are that he's gotten a lot sloppier with his work (because Route didn't really have much of a police force to stop him) and he's learned the power of ~friendship~. So he might not kill his friends!! Look, it's development, okay.
