This is late as hell, sorry. Playing catch-up. Would David's Hubtop be acceptable, if its network functionality was removed? (As I'm thinking of it, it'd basically just have whatever files and programs were on there when he last used it, and anything that needed an internet connection(obviously) wouldn't be able to connect.)
