First, I want people to double-check to make sure their information on this list is correct! Did I put you down as the wrong action (dreamer vs non-dreamer), or did I forget to mark you down with a custom? Let me know so I can get it fixed, as this is basically copied from my event organizational post and I'd like to keep that accurate!
If you want to sign up now, it's not too late as well!
Nextly, I know a lot of people have been doing their dream planning. If you have posts or anything dedicated to that, can you throw up a link here? I've had some people asking about this and I don't have records of where everyone's stuff is at.
SOME CLARIFICATIONS since I've had some questions that should be addressed:
1. The only way you can see anyone's dream is if you drop into it, or if you have magic that lets you read someone's dream. It's not being broadcast publically anywhere. If no one dives, then Xehanort's the only one who sees what's going on.
2. There will be a part of the event post set aside for dreams that are minor enough that they don't need huge long descriptive posts, but would still come into play and have information worth passing along.
3. Getting into the dream itself is easy enough, there's no protective barrier on that. Largely you just need magic. The only barriers are on messing with the spell that's keeping people asleep. Keyblade wielders can use their keyblades to enter peoples' dreams.
4. The links between dreams required for dream-sharing don't have to be super specific. If you want to share a dream with someone based on a mutual emotion, such as loss, it's entirely possible. You'll just have to work out how the dreams mesh together yourselves. Be creative with it and have fun :3
5. Xehanort isn't going to appear in your dreams unless you do a Bad Thing (which you should already have talked to me about by now!!) or you signed up for a custom.
PEOPLE WHO WANTED CUSTOMS please get in touch with me ASAP! AIM is best, but plurk will work if we just don't ever cross time zones. I need to ask you some questions about how your custom is going to work, as I'd like to start getting the basic idea together so there isn't too much delay in regards to posting!
The basic format of a custom is that your character comes up in the "custom" queue, Xehanort sees who it is, cross-checks his notes to see what would be an appropriate dream form to take, and then hops in to chat. Outside of that we can play with the parameters, although it shouldn't get too complex. Xehanort is a busy man, especially with this many people to manage.
