The Silly I/Meeting New People

Greetings all, I am Wingus, and I bring forth the hardhalf-boiled detective, Shoutarou Hidari from Kamen Rider W/Double. He tries to be suave and cool, but most of the time fails and is rather goofy. When the situation merits, though, he can pull off being cool and serious. He's also a Kamen Rider!

However these days he's really irritable and mopey because he lost his work partner a while ago. Don't take it personally. He's in room 1-04, though he'll probably spend a lot of time out and about, trying to figure out WTF is up with this place.

And if you want a fun game, I plan on titling all his entries after the show's style, so the letters in the first half of the title will have a double meaning. The single character will be able to work as two words relevant to the thread. (In the show, it was normally the name of the Monster of the Week's theme and something else plot-relevant.)
