As Animus gets more and more players, we realized that instead of having a lot of OOC new player posts and making it harder to keep track of all of them, we could have everyone meet and greet each other in a single post and have a MASSIVE GREETING PARTY!

The rules are simple:
- Anyone with an accepted character this round starts a new thread greeting themselves & their new character(s)
- Everyone else replies about how they are excited for these characters

Hello, Animus! Kiyuu here, bringing in character number four, and yet another character from the strange, strange mind of that Nasu guy. Also Gen Urobuchi, so you know what kind of shit must have gone down.

This here is Irisviel von Einzbern of Fate/Zero fame. She's a loving wife, caring mother, all around kindhearted and sweet lady, and really not someone you want to mess with! She may seem fairly harmless but she can put up a fight if she wants to. She was also at one point the Lady to Saber's (the blue- er... black one) Knight, so fair warning: anyone interested in picking on her is in for a world of suffering.

I'll be taking her from the end of the series, so be warned that there will be spoilers in her intropost at the very least. Other than that, I'll keep them to a minimum!

Howdy howdy folks! It's James here, player of your local Lucifer, bringing in another blonde haired asshole. This one is Pokey Minch from the video game Earthbound. For those not in the know, Pokey here is a child prodigy of sorts who came from a dysfunctional and abusive family, and that "sort" is being a cunning little asshole. At around the age of 12-13, Pokey's managed to be a high priest in a cult, work as an investment adviser to a tycoon, and be the right hand of an invading alien overlord. He's a smart, technologically savvy, and mean little boy.

To add to that he's coming from a game where he's had about three years of development, specifically from Mayfield_RPG. You can read a bit about how that experience has changed him here, but in short it's the tale of a boy who didn't know kindness, or at least didn't recognize it except in very narrow circumstances, coming to learn it through the kind of circumstances anyone who was used to having some kind of control having that stripped from him and being left defenseless someplace with a bunch of strangers who would kill him in a place he didn't know. Essentially Pokey has toned down quite a bit and skirts more along the lines of neutrality rather than flat out evil after everything that has happened to him. He's even learned to be tolerable to a small degree, though he remains a massive asshole in most regards.

Having been in a game for three years there's also quite a few people in the Tower Pokey knows versions of from his previous game. A list of who he knows can be found here, and I'm willing to discuss these issues/previous relations at greater detail if you want.

This is Kelsey, who plays Mondo mustlovedogs, Lambdadelta stalemates and Vergil bloodright! I've got...two for you this time.

First up's this sad sack who adds another onto my list of 'people with strength complexes' (currently at 3 in Animus). Waver Velvet from Fate/Zero, tsun extraordinaire, etc. He's post-series and he's got a green collar and is in room 1-16.

Second is Kyrie Ushiromiya selfinteresting from Umineko no Naku Koro Ni. ...Same series as Lambdadelta, actually, but, Lambda couldn't care less about her and Kyrie doesn't know Lambda exists, so. She's actually in her 40's despite ANIME AGING and she's a mother of two :') One of them's in the tower, Battler (and also Black Battler, unsure). She's coming from the EP7 Tea Party and long story short, bluh bluh huge bitch. She's an orange collar and is in room 2-17

Meet Hong Meiling! Meiling is the gate guard for the Scarlet Devil Mansion in Gensoyko. (See where this is going folks?) She is known in fanon to be lazy BUT that isn't quite true. She just gets bored easily with a boring job. (She's also secretly a Dragon Youkai in Fanon but I'm keeping that idea XD)

SO- Meiling here earns a Blue Collar and is rooming in 02-15, so enjoy your new roommate folks!

I'm Lizzie and I am very new at the moment. *A* I'm here with Frodo Baggins from The Lord of the Rings trilogy, and he just so happens to be AU because he had CR from livin' on a spaceship with Legolas and some other Ringers.. Also he has the Ring ( basically an object of pure evil/mass destruction ) so he'll be keeping that to himself, a-yup-yup. He comes from near the end of Two Towers so he hasn't finished his Quest yet. ALSO UM HE'S 3ft tall please don't step on him :C

Hi Animus! I'm Starry and I'm brand spanking new to this place so please ignore any newbie mistakes I may make. I bring yet another Dangan Ronpa guy to the mix, this here is Byakuya Togami and he is rich and an asshole. So please, don't mind him. He just thinks he's the top dog. Also his canon involves being sealed up in an area where everybody kills each other, boy that doesn't remind you of anything does it?

He's also coming in from a very spoilery canon point, so if you need me to have spoilers off for threading let me know! I'll try to not use spoilers, hopefully it won't come up much outside of canonmate threads.

Hey Animus! I'm a brand new player here, going by Mira, and I've brought in a face that may seem familiar. I'm bringing in Grell Sutcliffe of Kuroshitsuji, and for the canon unfamiliar this is the lady that caused the Jack the Ripper incident and happens to be a god of death. Classy, pretty twisted, flirtatious, and hailing from 1888.

However, this version is not the one you'd know and love. This version comes from one year post the end of edensphere. The summary version is that she got pulled into a world where she lost all her memories, renamed herself Juliet, and spent the next 2+ years regaining some memories and learning other careers besides the reaper business. And dealing in the black market with memories, long story When the game concluded and she recovered all her memories, she decided to continue going against her past, though accepting it through reaccepting the last name Sutcliffe. For the past year she's been travelling a bit about the multiverse, learning more about the modern world and running some information dealing while refining her tailoring skills. Notes on her former CR can be found on her permissions post, and I'm more than willing to chat about it if you'd like!

The end result of Edensphere gives you an ex-reaper who's much more relaxed, swears more frequently, in general has herself under better control, and has her scars. She's in room 1-17 with a violet collar on. For a full on infodump her app is here.
