Plot idea--sort of?

Okay! First, a personal thing out of the way. I know I've been dropping threads a lot and for that I apologize. If someone has a thread I dropped ever since Saber Lily joined in January, let me know and we can continue it. Thanks!

Now, for the plot idea! Saber Lily and Zero Lancer have been slowly but surely constructing a map of the Tower. They're for the most part done with the tower proper, but then the event from last month happened. Now that Lily knows about the letter Dax sent Zelda and the mission they now have, she's going to want to work on mapping out the lower levels so they can figure out a plan of action should they get down there.

So. That's the idea. How do we go about this? All I know so far is this:

1. She'd bring it up to Zelda first and possibly get in contact with Enoch and Tohko and whoever else got a letter from Dax so they would all be on the same page.
2. She would contact the other groups from the elevator event to discuss the parts of the Administrative Levels they went through to get started on making the map.
3. She would also try to contact anyone who would have attempted to go down below or jailbreak downstairs in the past in order to get a more complete idea of what the map should look like.
4. R29!John gets princess carried yet again.

So, any ideas? Takers? Bets on downstairs having been completely changed by the time our characters do get down there again? Ideas on how many trips to the sauna this might take? How to involve an even wider range of characters? Ways for Saber Lily to get killed in the pursuit of knowledge? Gamzee giving a very tripped out account of what happened in Zo's playroom?

Shion would definitely be interested in helping with the map. Enoch had planned to tell his elevator team about his letter, I THINK, but I was a butt this last month and kept dropping threads so we never technically got to that.

And she'd be useful in attempting to reenter the admin area, since she's pretty good with new technologies and whatnot.

Well, I don't know if there's an actual plan to get down there yet, but Shion would be an excellent point of contact for her route underground. And, as you said, just as reckless as everyone else.

Even if she was careful, let's be real, what does anyone have to lose in the tower at this point?

Allen wasn't involved in any of the event shenanigans, but by this point, he is probably anxious to get involved in the game, so to speak.

Mr. Walker is more or less just extra muscle and invisible detector. As well as the clown. Maybe mope around a bit so everyone gets to know him a little more, ya think?

I don't know if this means anything, but Cecil has agreed to help Tohko by firstly learning more about how the admins keep tabs on everyone. She's right now trying to figure out how to mess with the surveillance cameras.

Meiling would offer to help on this. How much help she would be depends on what else she'd be able to help with

Count Feferi in. She'll try and rally the troops that she knows, and give a very, very sad retelling of what Dax's areas were like, along with a note to keep an eye out for anything green, because that was the button that worked in his area.

Bonus points if she gets to confront Jason again and get princess-carried off this time around. She'd likely leave Riki and Zo be, but there's way too much bad blood - literally and figuratively - between her and Jason for her to just leave him be. It would go like this - his face is her rage trigger.

I wouldn't mind him joining in somehow. Is he any good at drawing? Neko (Diarmuid/Zero Lancer's play) and I were discussing Arturia and him wanting to make copies of their maps of the tower proper since lol. What is a printing press/copier/etc.

If he's any good at drawing for the purpose of copying things we could get him involved in the general mapping project that way? Or, if he knows someone who went down below he could wind up hearing about the attempts to map that way? What do you think?

Tohko would be one of her points of contact once Arturia finds out about Tohko also getting a letter. So we could involve him that way since the big issue is Arturia finding someplace to actually talk about the maps for down below and draw them. The sauna isn't necessarily the best place to do so just because all the steam could damage the paper.

Can she draw at all or figure out basic math for the purposes of mapmaking? Because if so she could help actually draw the maps!

Oh! Or she could take notes and help Arturia talk to the others who were down the elevator with them. Would that help?

Mihli's done a thread with Tohko in which she learned about the letter and the plans to actually do something about this tower, so she could be contacted (through Tohko most likely) and would certainly come to help.

She's a bit of a book nerd though she doesn't look it and has been silently exploring the tower for lack of anything else to do since getting here, so she'll help with map construction. She's also a strong combatant and White Mage. Doesn't hurt to take a medic!

I don't think we'll be going down below anytime soon. This post is focusing mainly on the mapmaking effort, but yes. Everyone will get a chance to punch Jason, though Sayaka has the rights to both the first punch and last punch. 8D

And Feferi was already on the top of Arturia's list of people to talk to about mapmaking so she'd already be involved somehow. XD

No it doesn't, but I don't know what the plan, or if there even is one, to get down below is. So for right now we're focusing on the making of a map and figuring out a plan of action for down there.

But I'll put her on the list for people who might infiltrate should we somehow figure out a way to actually get downstairs. No worries. Or I'm opened to other ways to get her involved since I can't remember if she went into the Admin Levels or not during the event.

That could work. Zero Lancer and Arturia are going to start making copies of the map of the tower proper soon so she could help with that when they ask for the help.

Afraid that, at best, all Mr. Walker can do is draw two things at the same time with equal strength. Although he's not terrible at it, and it doesn't take a genius to draw a map so consider him on board with that one. As for the under bits of the tower, suffice to say Allen hasn't met any. Or, at least, he's not aware of them. There's startlingly few people close enough to know him still. (been trying to fix that)

What's another death in the grand scheme? haha BUT ALSO I think that at some point someone from team table should relay to everyone else that the only place Jason didn't SEEM to be monitoring was the bathroom. So they could all have some awesome and unsanitary planning meetings someday.

Well then, when Zero Lancer and Arturia start looking for help for the main tower's map she'll hit him up! It looks like there will be a few others joining in on the mapmaking bit of it. 83

Dax's letter said the saunas and the bathrooms, so two places that are not very good for paper to work with! Part of why I want to do this is how funny the mental image is.

Saunas were also absent from the surveillance vids, yes. Enoch's definitely up for the plotting if you can grab him, and he'll relate what he's found, and what he's learned of the tower in his...I think it's seven months by now?

Probably taking notes and helping talk would be the best bet for her as I'm not exactly sure how good she'd be at Math and Drawing XD

And if need be, she can explain the rooms decently well, as she was on high alert the entire time (Or just in case Gamzee's report of the rooms makes no sense XD)

Dave would totally help mapping out the lower levels.

He'll be able to cover a good amount of ground with less time taken because his time powers, so he'd really like to help knowing this. He can also give her an accurate timeline of what's been going on and happening since he's arrived, which has been over a year ago. He has one or two months missing from when I've hiatused, but he can probably give a pretty accurate report on what he knows.

Unsurprisingly, Archer would definitely offer to help out. He hasn't been anywhere super-secret or anything, but he has an excellent memory and...his usual recklessness.
