Ion would be more than willing to help in any way possible! He's already expressed his interest to a few people involved in Pandora of doing what he can. He might not...be exceptionally useful, but he'd still be an eager volunteer.

Quark wouldn't mind helping too if they needed someone who can fit into tiny places and is just good at sneaking around and hiding, in general, though ICly I'm not so sure he'd really know enough to volunteer himself.
