In an instant, the scenery around Sora changes into that of a long hallway. In front of him, one child is attacking another with a very heavy book. Sora will find himself unable to reach the children--he never seems to get any closer or farther from them no matter how quickly or slowly he moves. Eventually, the child with the book pins the other to the floor and beats them to death.

A loudspeaker announces "GAME OVER", and Sora returns to the carnival.
