Urotsuki is going to be pretty batshit for the duration of this event thanks to what she was promised as long as she'll fulfill her duty, so no matter whether she's talked to people before or not, she'll be trying to kill them at full force. Thankfully she's been practicing with a sword before so although she'll be a little bummed about not being able to use her chainsaw, it's not like she won't be pretty deadly all the same despite pretty much looking like a normal fifteen year old.

Her main strength will be though that she'll mostly act normal at first when approaching people (and not even entirely intentionally, it's just her not being really stable) before snapping and killing them so most people wouldn't see it coming unless they've seen her kill already. She won't be above killing fellow hunters whatsoever either once that time has come. Sorry, guys, Ruana knows how to appeal to her unhinged side.

If anyone wants to be killed by her or kill her, please let me know! c: I'm totally okay with her being taken out, although I'd prefer for her to at least be able to kill someone else before that happens.
