Spellcasting 101
SO. Since Aqua has basically been accumulating mentees like an obsessive collector with novelty figurines, I think it would be a good idea to open this up to everyone!
To tl;dr: Aqua is a Keyblade wielder and a mage. She is a very powerful and very experienced mage. And as a Master, she is certified to teach. There are people in the Tower who otherwise have no means of defending themselves, and while Aqua lives to protect people, she thinks it will be much better in the long run to pass on her experiences, so that maybe those people can work to protect other people too.
So, basically, Aqua is going to begin giving magic lessons. Magic (at least as Aqua uses it) takes strong spiritual constitution. Not everyone will take to it; some may not be able to cast it at all! Those that would take to magic well are more in tune with the mystical -- this can include: strong connections with nature or supernatural creatures; worldly understanding; people with a concept of "chi"; or people who just plain come from magically-exposed worlds! In its barest essentials, it's a "clap your hands if you believe" situation when it comes down to it.
If this sounds like your character (or, hey, even if it doesn't and they're just interested in the subject, or you just plain want to see some spectacular failure/explosions happening here), sign them up here and we'll talk it out! C: I'm thinking lessons can be either one on one or in small groups, so if you see someone else you'd like to take classes with, talk to them!
