Hi guys! Eq here with his 4th, and hopefully the last character in a while: Ryotaro Nogami from Kamen Rider Den-O! (Lit. Masked Rider Train King)! While he's a main rider, he's definitely one of the derpiest ones too, considering his capability to fail at life as well as being the... heart of the team until he received his final form.

So yeah.
