PLOTTING: Infiltration for equipment

On July 11, Ganon contacted Enoch privately to discuss mutual sharing of information. Considering that Enoch was pushing for tower unity, he accepted despite his disdain for Ganon's attitude.

On July 29, that has paid off for the first time.

Doc Brown and Waver are among those that have collar fluid, and they have a list of equipment they need to analyze it - the stuff in the tower isn't real, you see, so it won't work. That means they need real tools.

Luckily enough, Ganon is planning an infiltration on the 29th, and is willing to let their infiltration methods aid the band of people Enoch gathers to get down to the admin levels. Ganon's team is doing its own thing in Riki's area, while Team Science is going to Jason's.

Of the people that were in the room when Doc and Waver got the stuff and aside from Enoch, Rick has already volunteered (he was the first, in fact, yay for him!). He can confirm his involvement here if he wants to, or back out. I don't know about organized signups here, since word of this would have to get through channels of CR, but that's what plotting is for!

I don't have a specified team size, considering ICly Enoch doesn't know what's more effective in this case. He has decided that the more people get in, the harder it will be to stop them since they must now mind their energy.

Ganon may will be sending one or two of his team Nesir and the younger Sephiroth with them.

Note: Jason is certainly expecting a break-in. Death is very likely for any characters involved. Each player may only have one character on this roster.

I don't know if Rei has any second-hand CR with Enoch, but he's on good enough terms with Lancer to tell him if he'd like to come. If you're asking me which is likelier, it's Lancer, though you're free to work Rei in instead if you have a link.

I spoke with Ganon's player previously about him inviting kid Sephiroth along on the infiltration mission, so I would like to sign Seph up for Team Villain.

Sephiroth also has some collar fluid and research experience.

Sheba is willing to help (though OOCly I understand if you would prefer it if she didn't get involved given that I'm a mod). She's been in Jason's section before so she can pass on information regarding what she remembers from down there, and is willing to recommend people to Enoch if they have CR with her.

Or if they're willing to subject themselves to mind reading to make sure they won't just turn on Enoch at the first opportunity - she would feel comfortable passing on the information to them if she didn't see any bad intentions in their mind, even if she didn't know them.

Waver's more likely to stay behind and make sure nothing happens to the fluid itself while everyone's off infiltrating, most likely. In the event of retrieval units coming to take it back, he can move it quickly enough with his Mystic Code's help.

For the record - Asako's forte is enemy analysis (useless against admins) and causing chaos. Robin's a tactician. Solas is a meat shield and healbot.

Asako and Solas would be more likely than Robin if the info is coming directly through Enoch. It all comes down to who you want in more, though, since I'm sure even Robin can be worked in through what we've got so far.

As I said in the plurk, powers aren't a certainty, but Enoch is good at remembering faces so he'd know she's a Puella Magi. (Also she could get in through anyone else who's confirmed or looking likely.) Want me to call that confirmed?

Ryoji would be willing to help if possible, though he'd likely stay away from Team Villain's side if the choice is up to him. Of course, if there isn't enough CR to get him involved, I understand!

Nue has some collar fluid! She is sharing it with Sephiroth, by which I mean she is insisting loudly that it's HERS!!! because she's the one who grabbed it, but she has no idea what to do with it now, so she just lets him do whatever he wants with it.

I doubt Nue is motivated enough to actually break in, tbh, but I've been thinking about having her offer to disguise the containers of collar fluid via her Seeds of Unknown Form, if anyone would be interested on taking her up on that.

Jonouchi would be all over this if CR allows. He can't infiltrate real well, but he does provide some of the best distractions.

So while Ganon is away, Kiryu gets to play. Or rather, Kiryu will take care of distracting the uninvolved part of the tower residence (as well as the admins, if he can) by doing what most villains do best. <3

If anyone connected to the villain's side is in on distraction action as well, he'll be the one to coordinate things, just so they don't get in each others way.

Then on the 29th, he will make a public network post to call for general mayhem and anarchy and then proceed to go on a bit of a rampage himself (though I have yet to talk to the mods about damages and such) and at the climax of that he'll summon his Red Herring Ace Dragon.

So yeah, I'd like to know: a.) Who is up to joining him?
b.) Who wants a shot at taking him and his dragon down?

Raven would be interested, if he has ties enough to anyone involved that would allow for a reasonable 'in,' anyway (roommates with Rick and has some amount of respect for Enoch, though whether that goes both ways...). He probably could provide a couple spare weapons preemptively for those who need it; if powers get shut off it'd most likely be his ability to dissipate the material/reform them that would be affected, I think, so that wouldn't be a problem unless the entire glamour system gets deactivated since uh yeah kind of still made of film like everything else in the Tower.

Riku is pissed over what happened with the boycott-- or rather, the fact that participating actually ticked Jason off where his failure to participate made him one of those with learned helplessness... so I'd like to get him in on this as a way of him trying not to be so helpless. At least, if it's feasible for him to get involved.

Since his master is going to be staying behind to watch out for the containers, consider Diarmuid on protection duty for them/the members of Team Science who are staying behind--unless there is an objection to that! Waver pretty much volunteered him already and he has no objection to helping out.

The infiltration team already has one Lancer on it anyway. That's more than enough bad luck for you all. LOL!

Depending on how things wrap up in the thread with Edgeworth, Wriggle, and Diarmuid, he will likely either have word on the location of/possibly have a container of yellow collar fluid to add to their collection.

Naoya has a container himself and I'd love for him to get involved, my only problem is that I have a work schedule, arrive at home at 6:30pm and go to bed at 10pm eastern. If that is okay with you, we can figure out things because he'd definitely help as much as he can.

Well, you know your own abilities best. With this many people I have to wonder how fast it would go. He could be involved in the distraction or stumble on the people with other containers if you won't be able to do the infiltration.

It's all up to you, which do you want? (For CR getting into the infiltration, all he has to do is let Enoch know he sent the note on the leaf, or get in through someone else)

Confirming Rick's involvement in Team Science infiltration, as expected! Still a little curious how well the team can work out communication, seeing as Rick will naturally volunteer to scout/get through tight corners as a cat and won't be able to easily relay information in that form...I'll take a look at bios after posting, but would anyone in infiltration be willing to translate for him, say telepathically? I know they'll lose their abilities at some point--but when they do, Rick won't be a cat anymore, so, ah, problem solved there I guess.

There just might not be any communication at all, though maybe someone will get creative. It hasn't really been a thing in prior infiltrations, save someone sending a Pokemon with a message once.

If it's possible, I would like to sign Tohko up for Encoh's group, since she really does hate Ganon and his gang. Since she missed out last time, she would be rather annoyed if she found that she wasn't able to help on a second trip down.

Ganon's team isn't taking any new members anyway; they're just cooperating so far as getting to the admin levels, at which point they'll part ways to go to their respective targets. (And then further cooperation in sharing what they learn)

Ion would be more than willing to help in any way possible! He's already expressed his interest to a few people involved in Pandora of doing what he can. He might not...be exceptionally useful, but he'd still be an eager volunteer.

Quark wouldn't mind helping too if they needed someone who can fit into tiny places and is just good at sneaking around and hiding, in general, though ICly I'm not so sure he'd really know enough to volunteer himself.

Since we have a few people in Pandora already signed up, it sounds like Ion is the likelier candidate for infiltration. Unless you really want to get Quark in instead - it wouldn't be through Enoch, since he wouldn't put someone so young in danger. Ion's responsible enough he might consider it though he's still likelier to get in via someone else.

It's essentially whoever you want in more and can justify!
