Hmm, well that's completely up to you but if you'd rather they didn't have any interaction then they won't? It's a big tower, after all. Since Ven is from an alternate universe I figure that Vanitas' Ven senses won't be all a tingle, so Ventus maybe be able to scoot out last second before actually getting too close to him.
