Hello again Animus! This is Cipher bringing in another character, Ulysses from Fallout: New Vegas. He is from the talked down ending of Lonesome Road and so a little AU, but all and all the same. He's a pseudo-philosopher, survivalist, courier, rancher, and used to be assassin; but he's a fairly nice guy if you don't make him angry or boo history. He'll be rooming in 2-19 and has a orange collar.

Also he has a very smooth voice.

Fallout in a nutshell is future bad of the cold war because the 1950s never ended. Worth checking out since both recent games are really cheap right now!
