I-IT'S NOT LIKE I WROTE YOU AND MAINTAINED A FAQ, O-OR ANYTHING!!

This is just an OOC note from Char here (Minato, AU!OoT Link, Ghirahim, annnnd Nageki's player) that since we've been getting new players and I've taken the time to sort it out and update it, the old FAQ AU!Minato and our old OU!Rose Lalonde wrote together is up on his journal for your perusal and explains a bunch of stuff IC that he actively knows (also, it's hilarious, Rose's wit is the best thing.)

It's written IC (the blue is AU!Minato and the violetish Pink is OU!Rose), and is updated whenever I remember and am up to it every once in awhile. Some things I want to note:

* If the Tower's Network is down, people can't access it ICly.
* The FAQ itself is stored on the Network, and let's pretend there's a condensed pamphlet-friendly version since I'm sure he's printed some out and would be happy to give it to people.
* Since good CR can be gained from the "Well this is the Tower and __" sort of introduction, this is entirely easy to avoid ICly if you'd like; it's more just something Rose and Minato did to occupy themselves and collect info on the Tower.
* The worlds listing is limited to only what he knows IN CHARACTER, and it's a monster.

When I get better, I plan to have him make a post requesting info from people on their worlds, or anything specific they'd like to add seriously to update that, and if you'd like to help either ICly or OOCly, drop me a line.

Also, we really want a cult around Captain Cinnamon Claws but that's entirely unrelated to this post???

Heeey, something I've been meaning to bring up somewhere to some modly type people, and your bit about network outages reminded me.

Is there a some way to make the periodic "state of the tower" posts easily accessible? I often don't really incorporate the weather or conditions or the food in the cafeteria because I can't remember what they are, and it's tough to scroll back in the OOC comm to find it.

We should talk to Mel about it. The other option is that someone could maintain a monthly "state of the tower" post in their JOURNAL so it'd be easy to find 8|a

(Also Signless needs to have sermons in the Cathedral, I want this so badly.)

TBH, I think just a special tag for them would at least make them findable. Then I could go to the OOC community and click the tag and there it is.
