Event: Labyrinth; Start

GENERAL LABYRINTH INSTRUCTIONS HERE
EVENT LOG HERE

An hour after midnight on May 1st, characters who have been selected for Labyrinth participation will be ushered to the staff elevator by Retrieval Units, by force if necessary. While in the elevator, all abilities will be disabled, and any attempt to attack the Retrieval Units or anyone else in the elevator will be met with an electric shock. Any guns (except Evokers) will be removed at this time.

They will be instructed that their goal is to be the only survivor of the experiment, and once within the testing grounds they will be expected to kill their opponents. They will also be told anyone who had a weapon removed from them and anyone who does not have a weapon to begin with will receive a randomized weapon upon entering the testing grounds. They will also be informed that their progress will be monitored via camera and that the feed will be broadcast to the Tower. When the elevator doors open, all characters will black out.

They will wake up in a random area of the labyrinth with a backpack containing eight food bars, sixteen bottles of water, just barely enough of any medicine they require to survive for eight days, and any randomized weapon if they received one. The colors depicted in the labyrinth image do not reflect the actual ring colors, they are simply used to make the rings more easily seen.

Characters outside of the Labyrinth who responded to the fears question may bet and sponsor characters starting as soon as the feed begins at 1:30AM, when the characters inside the labyrinth recover from blacking out. The network will now display an "observe experiment" option next to a "browse network" option; the former allows the person using the network to watch the Labyrinth while the latter allows access to the standard network.

Labyrinth Ring Colors and Events
Ring colors will change once per day. Characters may only use their abilities (defined as anything an ordinary human couldn't do/anything powered by a source a human could never have access to) in a ring that's color is at or above their collar level (the lowest collar level is orange and the highest is violet, running in rainbow order). If a ring is red no abilities may be used.

During the week various events may happen. These will be specified below in the Labyrinth schedule for the week.

3:01AM-3:59AM: Characters will be subjected to shadowy illusions of people moving around out of the corners of their eyes.
4:00AM-11:00PM: NO EVENTS
11:01PM-11:59PM: Characters will hear something following them, its footsteps always stopping just a second after their own.

Day Three (May 3)

12:00AM-1:00AM: Phantoms released into ring four.
1:01AM-2:00AM: Neoshadows released into ring three.

4:01AM-5:00AM: The rings flood with water, starting with ring one and moving out until only ring four is dry.
5:01AM-6:00AM: The rings drain, starting with ring three.

5:01AM-11:59AM: Walls of Flesh begin blocking off various areas of the Labyrinth, moving all remaining characters closer together. More and more appear as the day wears on.

Day 8 (May 8)
Ring Colors: ALL VIOLET
12:00AM-11:00PM: A fog settles on the Labyrinth, starting out very thin but growing incredibly thick as it remains. Healing, both natural and magical, becomes more difficult the thicker the fog is. Sponsored medicine is only half as effective.
11:01PM-11:59PM: The fog clears. All but the outermost wall of the Labyrinth drop, leaving an open arena.

Weird question, but is possible for Yori to write on the walls with chalk since he'll have them on him when he's in the labryinth? ...Not that it'll really matter since the maze is going to get flooded whoops.
