The Doctor is IN

Hello, all! This is fresh meat by the name of Mouself! Or Mouse or Mousie or idk pretty much anything with "mouse" in it. And I am bringing you the derpiest Time Lord of them all, the Doctor from Doctor Who. For those of you familiar with Doctor Who, this is the Eleventh Doctor, fresh from the 2011 Christmas Special. For those of you UNfamiliar, he's really old, really silly, and really brilliant. Also he is a time traveler.

He is in room 1-12 and I apologize in advance for whatever crazy hijinx he will get up to in his little corner.

Greetings, and welcome to our wonderful little tower of terrible things. I am Wingus, one of the friendly local modfolk and player of Hidari Shoutarou (Kamen Rider W), Lina Inverse (Slayers), Ridley (Metroid), and Momotaros (Kamen Rider Den-O). Good to have you on-board!

And relevant to the Doctor - seeeeeveral months back, we had another Eleven here, and he was roommates with Shoutarou here. They wound up hitting things off because of a mutual love of hats, and the Doctor reminded Shoutarou of his absent crime-fighting partner with his behavior, so should they cross paths, Shoutarou, and provided you're cool with it, he'll think the Doctor's back. (Some game events have given Shou a kinda fuzzy memory, so if not, I can handwave things.)

Oooh, that is awesome! I'm totally cool with him remembering the Doctor! Actually, it may cheer the old boy up a bit. He will just assume he meets Shoutarou in his future via time travel, and thus will eventually get his time machine back/reboot the universe (again). Hooray time traveler logic!

I think there's just a scant few that are still around who would remember the Doctor - both Frances, Romeo...maybe a couple of the Homestuck cast that I can recall off the top of my head.
