I'm Delphi, a newbie, and I bring you Mami from Breath of Fire IV. She is a sweetie with an accent and mad farming skills. She is also something of a morality pet for this guy, who my buddy Kajimatt is bringing in, so if you want him to stop rampaging, talk to Mami. She will calm him down with the mightiest of handpats.

She will also be in Room 2-11, so hi roomies!!

I've heard they exist! Somewhere. In the form of a lot of scattered volumes, and also in the form of a lot of hentai and doujin. Not so helpful for me ;~; .

Ahahaha oh yeah the angry dragon god. Tara's pretty close neighbors to Mami (Room 2-07, so they'll probably be seeing a bit of each other). What canon point is she from, just out of curiosity?

She's from That Scene. You know. The one where she barricades the door and helps Fou-Lu get to safety through the, well, broken stove. Yeah. Yay neighbors though!

Yes. It really, really does say everything. :( And at least nobody's apped in the guy with the name that can easily be confused for a FF heroine's name, AKA that one jerk whose name we won't mention, AKA why didn't he die at the end.
