Hi Animus. This is Matt bringing in another character because you jerks are horrible enablers, you know who you are - Fou-Lu from Breath of Fire IV. He's coming in from the ending of chapter III... so basically the tower should count itself lucky he has his morality pet here with him.

He is a god-emperor, emphasis on the god. He also has a permissions post here that I would very much appreciate you filling out, considering he is a final boss and uses a ton of his power often - he's not the kind of boss that just has one or two shown fights in the game.

One last thing... he speaks in Ye Olde English. Please bear with me as I mangle it horribly. I apologize for your brain. Just kick me if he's being completely incomprehensible - or point it out ICly because it'll confuse him.
