The douchebag is this guy.
Hey Tower, Gira again, with another character to join John Egbert (OU) and Equius Zahhak (AU). And get this: he's not a Homestuck. No, this time, the douchebag in question is a teenager named Beat. He's from an obscure video game with a bunch of oddly-dressed teenagers running around Shibuya. He's had no formal education past the eighth grade, dicks around doing tricks on wheels, and has a burning passion for graffiti, to a totally bizarre soundtrack.
It came out about eight years before The World Ends With You.
The game in question is Jet Set Radio Future, but... well, I basically told you all there is to know about him! He's a douchebag, an athletic douchebag, who runs around being stupid and getting his bloated ego all over the place. He's got a yellow collar and is staying in Room 4-10. He definitely has some... permissions-worthy traits, so those'll be up sooner or later, but in the meantime, have a redheaded prick.
