Strange, heart-shaped tape players have begun appearing around the Tower--they have a play, stop, and rewind button, but no record or eject buttons, nor is there any way to break them open. When played, the sound they make doesn't sound like any song, but anyone who hears it clearly will fall under various effects based on which tape recorder they heard. These will last until the 11:59PM EST on February 16, when all the tape recorders vanish, or until the song is rewound in the presence of anyone affected by the tape recorder in question.

These tape recorders are scattered all over the place, may be delivered in the mail, may be carried around, and may turn themselves on.

I haven't been feeling well for a while, and I should've done this a week ago, but I'm declaring a hiatus. I'm sorry to people I promised CR with, but I'll still be up for planning and such on AIM and plurk, but I'm giving myself a week break, as my tag motivation (new and old) is absolutely zero right now.

This applies just to AU!Repliku. Feel free to assume he's either in his dorm room, the cafeteria, Floor 4, or Floor 25, as those are the areas he hangs out the most.

I'm very honored to be here! My name is Dan and I'll be bringing Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece into the tower here. I've heard a lot of amazing things about the player base here, so I'm looking forward to getting the chance to play in a game with all of you.

To the fellow members of Room 2-06, I apologize in advance for how spastic your new room mate is going to be. To every one else in the tower, feel free to say hello to Luffy! He's pretty cheerful, but rather oblivious at times. It probably doesn't help that he isn't strong when it comes to anything involving technology, or things as basic as reading (especially that information letter, whoops).
