belated hiatus notice

Hi, all,

I'm REALLY sorry a) it's taken me so long to make this post, and b) that I have to do it at all.

I need to go on hiatus until the 22nd of June. Apparently I REALLY underestimated the amount of time I would have to spend preparing for my school exams.

We'll keep the fort up til you get back but you'd better get ready. By the time Will and Ron come back from the pods they are gonna be so broken I can't even.

What have I missed?

Okay!

So three weeks ago, Ron and Will got dragged off to these pods (Ron to Riki's, Will to Jason's) because Animus decides it's Survivor month. During the first week, things seemed okay for the rookie until the end of the week until he noticed that Jason did something absolutely wrong with his boss. So he starts to fret.

Second week, he's worrying his arse off and made to eat things he normally wouldn't. End of the week arrives and he finds Will even more dramatically altered. Unfortunately, this sparks an accusation that he's gunning for his job thanks to those false memories. This in turn makes him recall that little nightmare the Tower gave him and start to seriously consider that he DID kill Spears. More madness. Ciel Phantomhive is voted out of the Pod and crushed to death. He returns to the Tower after Ron tries to get him to pass a message to Grell telling her they're okay. Sort of. Also, Ronald made a friend with a tanuki.

Meanwhile, in the Tower there seems to be an uprising which (as I've been told) changes the course of the event entirely. Stuff happens to Jason and he takes it out on those in his pod. Upon seeing this, I predict Ronald's eventual slow spiral into madness due to being consumed by fear and anxiety.

Also back in the Tower, there's been no food since the event and the network's down. It's going back up on Monday but in read-only mode.

Eeeexcellent. I picked the bit about the food up, from skimming, and I see there have also been hellhounds running around? Well, Grell doesn't mind that. She's probably just been hunting them, to distract herself from not knowing what's happening with everyone.
