Fellowship Delegation! (And a slowatus, whoops)

'Ello Animus! Your friendly neighborhood Zelda-mun here to make a few announcements. First, I've got a busy few days of work coming up (namely, Thursday through Sunday), and I can't see myself really having the energy to tag a lot each night when I get home. So yes, a short but super slowatus is imminent. Not that anyone would really be able to tell the difference, a-ahaha...

In more interesting news, things are going to be happening within the Fellowship!

~*~Delegation~*~
See, after the first council, Yu suggested the idea of creating smaller, more focused groups to increase productivity and decrease pointless bickering. And through a series of handwavings after waking up from her KHnap, Zelda will be going around trying to implement this idea by asking people which group they would like to be in, if they even wish to stay in the Fellowship at all.

The groups created thus far are as follows:

RESEARCH

• Study
• A group dedicated to compiling information on the Tower. Example responsibilities and goals: gathering and condensing information about the administrators, creating a history of the Tower and experiments run by the administrators, gathering information and theorizing why the Tower is the way it is (ex. why are there no history books in the libraries?), etc. A group more focused on asking "why" than "how".
• Science/Technology
  • A group dedicated to researching how the Tower works. Example responsibilities and goals: taking information gathered by the Study group and testing it, examining the workings of the network, figuring out how the systems of the Tower work (ex. what precisely do the collars do?), etc. Where Study asks "why," Science/Technology asks "how". (Of note, people wanting to be in Science/Technology will likely need a bit more mod permission than the other groups, since it involves tinkering around with Tower mechanics.)

• REPORTS TO: Gandalf

DEFENSE

• Survival
• A group dedicated to ensuring prolonged survival in poor conditions. Example responsibilities and goals: creating and maintaining food and clean water sources, teaching basic survival skills to those who might not know them, reliably serving the medical needs of the Tower, etc. Less combat oriented.
• Combat
• A group dedicated to defense and fighting off the various threats found in the Tower. Example responsibilities and goals: creating and maintaining a Night Watch, reporting information on the Tower monsters to the Study group, possibly being the vanguard should another break-in like event occur, etc. Greatest potential for danger and character death. Zelda's Knights of the Round-- /shot

• REPORTS TO: Zelda

DIPLOMACY

• Olive Branch
• A group dedicated to keeping the kids happy keeping the peace between those in the Tower. Example responsibilities and goals: talking over 'truces' with the villains, not getting killed in the process, not getting corrupted by them either, etc. Also a great potential for danger.

• Recruitment
• A group dedicated to informing newcomers to the existence of the Fellowship. Example responsibilities and goals: forming a Welcoming Committee of sorts?, general recruitment, etc. Should probably have a good judge of character to avoid further infighting.

• REPORTS TO: Gandalf and Zelda

That all said, if you'd like your character to be assigned to one of these groups, please fill out this little form so I know which one! Also, answer if you would mind your character leading their group. Group leaders will be responsible for making sure things get done in their group, as well as checking in with Gandalf and/or Zelda. A note, though: characters trusted by Gandalf and/or Zelda will be more likely to be assigned group leader than those that aren't.

Leader?: In spite of her age, Nanoha is actually a fairly esteemed combat instructor with excellent knowledge of military protocols and strategies. She could certainly pull it off if the task were handed to her.
(She could help in survival too as a trainer towards survival & combat skills, though straight out combat is her best and most easily exploitable strength. But in the end, her best attribute is going to be wherever she can provide the most help, and if one outweighs the other she can lean towards whichever.)

Xellos of course doesn't expect Zelda, and especially Gandalf after the meeting, to trust him very far. XD; So he's probably going to continue to drift around to see what opportunities he can leverage for the time being.

(And I might be looking at either Gentarou or Yuri for this later on, but I need to get them introduced first~)
