Madoka's hair will have turned black and grown long, looking as if it hasn't been cared for in years. While she has normal arms, the rest of her body is just a white gown with no volume to it at all. She can either float or drag herself around with her arms.

Madoka will have the urge to drag those around her into dangerous situations: she will find monsters ignore her, but they don't ignore anyone she drags. She will also have the urge to drag people underwater and drown them.
