Marty's outfit is just as cheesy as ever, but it looks like he's been trampled to death in a stampede and somehow come back out of it anyway; there's mud, blood, and numerous tears, and his arms and legs seem to be completely mangled--how he's walking is a mystery, but it's extremely painful to do so. He has been given a pop-gun style pistol that somehow fires real bullets.
Marty will feel as if someone is responsible for his current state--and he'll blame anyone near him for it. He will, in his anger, attempt to kill them, either by getting them torn to pieces by monsters or shooting them.
