Lelouch will be dressed in the classic Disney outfit of the Mad Hatter. He will, however, be dripping in liquid mercury and leave a trail of it wherever he goes.

Lelouch will go about attempting to set up tea parties for ridiculous reasons. People around him may be drawn to join in, but if they are they will quickly start to suffer the effects of mercury poisoning.
