The rules are simple:

Hello, everyone! I'm Tsu and I'm here (again) to bring you Amber from Darker than Black. She's taken from post-series, so I'll try not to spoil you about what happens. She's awfully cryptic about a lot of things, and generally cheery and doesn't look like CC at all, nope. She's in room 3-01 with a violet collar. If anyone needs me, hit me up at freikugel !
