Event: The Tower is Forever

Beginning on January 13, residents of the Tower may wake up thinking the date is wildly different than it really is--sort of. Oh, it's definitely January 13, but is it five years later? Ten years? A hundred? A thousand? Tower residents affected by this event will believe they have been in the Tower much longer than they really have been. How much longer? It depends. Characters will believe they have been in the Tower long enough for that period of time to have significant weight to it. For a regular human child maybe this is just a handful of years, but for some of the longer-lived members of the population they may believe they've been trapped in the Tower for hundreds or thousands of years. Everyone will realize those around them are acting strangely, but those affected by the event will believe they're the ones who have the right date.

Characters who age may age as appropriate for their species. Personalities, of course, may have been altered by the length of time they believe they've been in the Tower as well. Are they still fighting? Have they given up hope entirely? Has living in such a warped place warped their morals to match?

This event will last from January 13th to January 19th. Please do not make any IC posts relating to the event until that time.

Okay, that works because it saves me from introing his third form alter until much later. Although, I assume he will still have his memories after the event ends.

One other question, will the scars from using the third form alter remain after he's died and been revived?

In general memories will be fuzzy (because if the characters still remembered all the time they thought they spent in the Tower they would probably still be the way they are for the event), but you can have a few things remain as memories if you wish. Just not years and years of memories.

Scars generally don't remain when revived, although if you'd like a few to have been left for the event that's okay.

Well, in that case I mean that he will no longer be an amnesiac after the event because those are real memories.

Okay, thank you for responding so quickly! :)

Oh, yes, that would be fine! The fake memories are the things that can't be well-retained.

Okay, thank you!
