Allen-central towerofanimus post coming up--you ready?
Allen-mun/Doom-mun here.
After throwing a certain other character into the great tower of Animus, I realized how much of the time I had lost track up! To think I wanted to do this one fairly early...
See, Mr. Walker is demonically possessed. And that's the closest term I can find for "mind being slowly taken over by otherworldy sociopath". Recent events have (slightly) delayed the 14th Noah from surfacing as the dominant personality, but it has delayed long enough. Once the host has been chosen, the Noah takes over soon enough. Not much separates this from the usual demonic possession.
Anyway--
On January 20th, Allen will leave an unknown message to certain terminals in the tower--one where Allen begs the receiver to simply leave him alone while he's at the Cathedral floor, mentally resisting the 14th inside of him. There won't be a network post, only on towerofanimus proper.
(The "message" is just a plot device that alerts the characters about Allen's current plight. Feel free to imagine it is frantic and incredibly freaky towards the end.)
By the time said characters reach him on the rickety higher floor of the Cathedral, he's pretty much exhausted and the 14th in total control. Yyyyep--it's a "boss fight". Fortunately, Neath--the 14th Descendant of Noah (allegedly)--only has control of Allen's body and not his powers, which are inimical to demons such as the 14th. Despite not having control over his Innocence powers, the 14th still can use Allen's already superhuman physique and push its limits past the breaking point.
However, defeat for the 14th is inevitable--I won't say what, but Allen had thought ahead. It will count as Allen's first death.

This is not a really big event as only a few are involved so I decided to OOC post to see who all was interested. 1-4 is viable, actually. The 14th-inhabited body isn't super strong but very difficult to handle alone. A small party would be a smart idea, although I'll leave it to the future as to how that unfolds (either someone brought an ally or they all happened to meet by chance as they all got the message).
Any questions simply post on this here thread. Any questions not about this upcoming post should be relegated to this Allen Walker journal or my email proper.
EDIT: aaaaand the four slots are filled. I think even this might be a bit much, but if everyone pitches in, it'll work out swimmingly.

However, we do need to ask more about the network worm situation: we need to know what specifically it's doing and how, because at first glance I don't think it's something that's possible based on the standard definition of a worm when talking about computers.

I sent a message asking for approval last night but this got here first. I had hit the back button just after sending but it still got through. Decided to just leave it because it's just an OOC post.
I'll edit the post after reediting this message.
"Worm" is just me being dumb. I should've just said "there's a message in the terminal" or something. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO I 'REALLY' wanted to put something sciencey in there! *grumble*
Also, I'm aware of the timing. It's horrible. I'm all about horrible timing. The post will be edited so that it's timing will match up more with approval (date changed from "this friday" to "soon, after the 19th of January").
Finally, under the "player plots" section of this game, smaller plots agreed upon by players doesn't need moderation. And I thought this was such a case as it would only affect those few involved, anyway.

The worm will just leave a message but, like I said, the message itself won't appear on the network (it's plot-only, to leave it ambiguous as to how horrible/tearjerking it is], but a hint might be dropped about it.

aaaaand....
Fixed.
Due to some mod odd-balling, the date will be pushed back. I've edited the post to reflect this.

And that's no problem!

despite him being her castmate's roomie), if you wouldn't mind her tagging in to this!no subject
It'll also be following one big, closed thread. Each involved is aware of the other characters involved, either through pure chance or they do know each other. Buuuuuuuuuut I think you know that. XD As long as you're serious about this.

If you think of anyone who would work better/you'd rather have or you think even three would be a little much, I don't mind backing off, though! I'd like to be involved, just... I don't want to take it away from someone who'd work better for what you have in mind, you know? OTL

Real talk. While that's two positions filled, there's no real requirements. Number three, however, must be someone Allen has known for some time in the tower (or this other person I'm messaging, no comment).
I'd elaborate on the nature of it but that's for another time.

Will probably just end up posting the thing at around 12:01 tonight or something. Just cuz. Some have only Sunday off so it's best if we do split up the thing a bit, a group at one point and another at another point, no?
