All you really need to know about him is that he's really impatient and does EXTREMELY DUMB THINGS. If your character needs someone to annoy them, this ... is your guy.

He's roomed in 1-10, and will be very, veryveryvery restless the moment the paralysis wears off. 30 seconds feels like 2 hours to him, after all. He'll probably be bouncing and buzzing all over the place at high speed.
