I've been struggling with recovering from short notice surgery (again) and a bone infection for most of the month. I have activity for Allen here from the very beginning of the month and some activity for Margulis from the end, but I haven't been getting tags for him fast enough to get full AC.

Allen is cleared. Since Margulis was on a second chance last time I can't put him on it again but I can offer you a hiatus for medical reasons, if that's acceptable? You'd still need to provide twenty comments next month to cover last month's second chance.
