shortstature ) from K Project, have Accelerator from Toaru Majutsu no Index! I'm actually still pretty new to DWRP in general, so I didn't do an OOC intro post with Yata. Plus Accelerator has a few notes that come with him! You probably should read his permissions post and this handy little post about his powers. It's not IC for him to actually use his powers on you without some real serious provocation or orders from someone else, but it IS however, IC for him to threaten you with him if he feels threatened by you. It's important to understand that a threat doesn't mean he's going to do it. It just means he can do it and is letting you know. He's a bit of a butt, but he really wants friends, if you can deal with his foul mouth and self loathing, you should be fine! Oh, yeah, and he's technically crippled, so he walks with a cane.
