The ones Lucifel is close to in his own world are most notably Enoch, his brother Michael and God.
I'll start with the relationship that's the easiest to tell about and that's Enoch.
In the beginning Lucifel used to wonder what made Enoch so special for him to be taken to Heaven as scribe by God's request. Judging from the IC Interview with Lucifel and Enoch it could be said that while Lucifel also had gotten interested in Enoch he also saw him as a potential threat who could take his status as God's favorite. However, one could say that he eventually warmed up to him as he started to show Enoch things from the future - like jeans or dancing flowers that react to sounds. During their journey Lucifel had become Enoch's anchor as soon as the latter had realized that he has become immortal and shown that he does care about the scribe. Even though he's still a mystery to him.
Michael and Lucifel... while they look like twins aside from hair and eye color, these two couldn't be more different. They have each a different taste of style, they are like night and day (theme-wise even). Despite that the brothers are close to each other. The game doesn't give away much information as it focuses mostly on Enoch's story, but during the scene where the Archangels were introduced Lucifel looks up and smiles, a very rare and genuine smile in fact. From the IC interview we get to know that that was meant for Michael, as Lucifel speaks fondly of Michael but doesn't leave a good hair on the other three archangels. It's pretty much lots of brotherly love hidden behind Lucifel's ambiguous talking.
And now... God. Their relationship is hard to describe as we only ever hear Lucifel's side while he is speaking to him on his phone. It's... very much like the relationship of a parent and a child - pun not intended. God is always the one to call Lucifel and from the way it sounds every time it's mostly God worrying and Lucifel calming Him down. Even though we just get to hear only one side, it can be said for sure that God's opinion of him is important to the angel. Losing his favor would be the worst that could happen to him. There are moments where Lucifel apparently has problems to understand His way of thinking, but he follows his orders nevertheless.
Now to what he would fear. One of the things he fears most is the above mentioned loss of God's favor. Another thing he might fear could be Enoch taking his place as God's favorite and could be tied to the first. A separation from Michael can be implied, even if he probably isn't aware of it because it isn't a scenario that should happen ever.
Lucifel generally fears mortality since he came to Animus. Knowing that his life could end in not even a year is something he never had been confronted with as he had been created as an immortal being.
And no, Lucifel isn't telepathic/can't read minds/hasn't similar mental abilities.
Yep, I'm gonna do this.
