Collar research plotting
Okay, with the notice of the research update, some plotting has been getting done. It's been determined that Waver Velvet and Doc Brown will inform Aria (the chipped unit in charge of collar checks) of their findings and have them get started on putting the altered fluid into people during collar checks.
The issue is, given the backlash to Chip Chip Revolution, they need to test it first.
THAT'S WHERE YOU COME IN!
Members of the research team are going to ask people to volunteer to test the changed fluid via telling them to give a note to Aria saying they want the new fluid when it's time for their examinations. Once powers start returning, this will give the all-clear for exams in the next month to use the fluid exclusively.
So this post is to sign up, discuss how people get info, and so on. I'll put up a final list for the date.
Keep in mind: the event for this month, courtesy of Jason, starts on the 15th. Doc and Waver won't get to Aria until the 17th and 18th. I apologize to orange collared residents, as you guys won't get a turn at trying this until the 30th.

General timeline:
Collar checks beginning on the 17th of December: Volunteers who want to test the fluid will receive it.
Collar checks beginning on the 30th of December: Further volunteers who want to test the fluid will receive it.
Collar checks beginning on the 12th of January: Full changeover to the new fluid.
February: Final full Ruana month [SHRIEK!]
PLEASE NOTE IN RELATION TO ARIA: People are just being told to give a note to "the unit with glasses". Nothing more and nothing less than that in regards to where Aria came from or any background information on her. Just to give her a note and not say a word about it in the exam room.
