'Sup, Animusinites! I'm Trev-MUN. Some of you might remember me as the guy who played Balin Wilbur, Falk Gatt, and Key-Fu over at Mayfield when it was around. I'd been contemplating apping here ever since Mayfield went down, and I finally got around to doing it this month!

Coming to a tower near you is David Puskás, AKA Little David! He's from the superhero-themed MMORPG City of Heroes, which got killed off by NCSoft last year. His point of entry is right on the day the game shut down, in fact. In City terms, he's a Technology-origin Assault Rifle/Devices Blaster. He's a "rags-to-riches" kind of hero; he used to work in garbage collection for Paragon City before he happened upon an opportunity to become something more.

You can read the full story on Little David in his Animus app and his Known Powers and Abilities entry. Also, if you never played City of Heroes but you'd like to know more about it, I've got a summary of important canon history posted there with links to the Paragon Wiki at the end.

Hi guys! I'm Jelle and I've already been playing here for quite a while with Urotsuki (

I decided to bring in a character who is actually fazed by horror stuff which was sort of difficult since I need to stop getting into all these horror canons. But this is Asahi Yuki from the (relatively?) obscure manga Iris Zero! Asahi is a very impulsive sort of person and can seem a little hard to approach because of how aggressive she can be, but she's honestly a really nice and enthusiastic kind of girl once she opens up to people. She is still generally pretty violent though and doesn't hesitate to get into fights or hit someone just because she's being tsundere (not to mention her pats on the back are way too hard since she doesn't know her own strength).. She has a strong sense of justice though and would always do what's right.

She's also extremely honest since she has a power that causes her to see when people are lying, which is why she grew a big dislike for lying and people who do it a lot. If you want to not get tagged by her because of her power or work out something else, feel free to leave a comment on my permissions post!

Hello! I'm Danielle and I'm still fairly new! I joined Animus last month with [OU] Fon Master Ion

'Sup everyone! I am Alsenei and I am completely fresh meat in baby's first horror game. So this should be an adventure! You might have seen me around in other games, I certainly remember seeing and sharing games with quite a few folk here!

And coming in with me is Henry from that smash new hit ~~Waifu~~ Fire Emblem Awakening! He's from Chapter 24, but if you want to avoid spoilers that should be easy enough and I'll... set up a permissions post later today! He's also unmarried so far. For those of you not familiar with him, Henry is an absolutely helpful and charming guy who loves to go around with a smile all the time while waving an undead arm in your face and expressing delight for blood and death. He's a treat.

He also had a wolf for a mom and takes pleasure in casting curses and thinking his thumbs might explode as he gets stronger. Hope his roomies in 5-10 don't mind! His collar is indigo to match the rest of his outfit. I look forward to playing with you all!

Hey everyone! Wilhelm here-- Mun of Ganondorf, Data and Gandalf and adding two characters at my roster. Well we can't exactly speak of new characters though, as they both were in the tower some times ago.

The first one is Doc Emmett Brown from the Back to the Future franchise. He was formerly in the tower, but I app'd him as a game transplant in Destiny Strings before bringing him back to the tower-- But a lot of his time spent at Destiny Strings he spent it in Tower of Animus due to the crossover event in February. The tower and he cannot spend a long time apart it would seem. Oh and he can now summon a Persona (...a dog on a hoverboard). His room is 3-04 and his collar is yellow.

The second one is Big Boss from the Metal Gear Solid series. He too was in the tower before, albeit for a short time. And now, he just spent about a year alone on his dead homeworld. He's taken from Peace Walker's ending, his room is 2-20 and his collar is orange.

Yo Animus Nyx here once again with a character that isn't from Fate/ for once!! This time, I'm bringing in Nue Houjuu from Touhou Project, since I decided that having a character who can actually defend themselves might be a thing I want to do at some point.

Long story short, Nue is a nue. She has only recently escaped from being sealed underground by humans for 800 years, which she is still kind of bitter about! She is supposed to be a Buddhist and part of the Myouren Temple, which promotes harmony between humans and youkai, but given how unapologetic she is for her past behavior... Ahahaha. Between the setting and the lack of a babysitter, I can make no promises about her behavior.

She has the ability to obscure the true form of anything she wants, including herself, which you can read a little more about here! She will probably be wandering around with this ability applied to herself 24/7. (I fully expect her to get herself killed because she decides to screw around and pretend to be a monster to spook someone, because that is a thing she will be doing.)

Hey, guys! Loki here (player of Extra!Caster and formerly OU Madoka) here with a different Puella Magi cast member this time. Her name is Mirai Wakaba from the Kazumi Magica spin-off manga. She's so cute, right? Short, teddy bear and heart-themed magical girl with fluffy pink hair and-- oh my.

Well, as you can see, despite her cute appearance, Mirai can be a tad violent and a little unhinged. (It's Madoka Magica, man, something had to give.) She's haughty and a bit rude, but she means well and does it for the good of others, for the most part.

pinnaculum), bringing in a new character, Phoenix Wright, one of the protagonists from the Ace Attorney series of games.

He's a scruffy ex-lawyer and current piano/poker player who is a very nice guy, he can just be ... eccentric. He's great at cards and terrible at playing piano, and his interests include being a dad, grape juice, bothering attorneys, and justice. He often gets into trouble, but somehow he always manages to get out of it again. Not that he's ever been in trouble quite like this before. At his current canon point, he's considering retaking the bar and becoming a lawyer again. (Spoilers: he will.)

Hello, Animus. I'm Miri, and after god knows how many times of looking at this game and debating on whether or not to actually app into it. I have finally went ahead and app'd into it with Elrond Peredhel, taken from the Hobbit (mostly the book, though I use the movie for icons).

I've taken the elf lord from Third Age 2941; or after Thorin & co depart from Rivendell, but before assailing Dol Guldur with the White Council. So it's still quite some time before the events in Lord of the Rings even happen for him. ~~Try not to have too much fun with breaking his brain due to this eh LotR cast?~~ His app can be found here and his general permissions is here.

Sera here, again, bringing you Aversa from Fire Emblem Awakening.

She is the right hand woman of two of the story's primary antagonists and in general was sort of a terrible person for awhile until she somehow survived being killed and wound up having to face her own past in a Persona-esque showdown with a clone of herself.

So after all that character developments, she's a lot more mellow then she was before, regrets all the terrible things she did, and actually has a husband and daughter.

It should be fun playing an adult character for once and I am looking forward to being a part of our new Awakening cast. My Plurk is sweetest_dolly if anyone wants to get a hold of me.

Hello! Freshmeat here. I'm GS, and the character I'm dragging along with me is Gangrel from Fire Emblem: Awakening.

First of all, Gangrel is an early-game antagonist. I don't anticipate too many spoiler issues, but if you have concerns about spoilers, be sure to let me know. Second of all, I'm taking him from before the Endgame chapter.

That said, he's kind of a terrible person, probably insane, and was a tyrant. But he feels bad about that, honest. Gangrel wants to make up for his rule, but he doesn't know how, not being a nice person and all. It's hard work, guys. He also wears a ridiculously gaudy bright yellow cape-cloak thing.

He's been tossed in room 5-08 and his collar color is blue. Is that everything?

Hellooooooo interwebs! My name is Tee and I'll be bringing you The Spine of Steam Powered Giraffe fame. He's a stoic automaton that typically plays the straight man (as well as the voice of reason) to the hijinks and shenanigans that go on in Walter Manor.

Which isn't to say he's all frowns. He can be just as silly as the next robot from time to time--not that he'll admit it.

The Spine is being brought in after the Four Points by Sheraton concert. What does this mean for Animus? Well, it means that there's a slim chance of a Big Malfunction somewhere along the line.

Returning player here! Hi, I'm Zero, and I'm bringing along a pretentious little bastard with some serious sanity/possession issues. Trees are assholes, and this only gets worse when it's a horrorterror tree. This is David Lalonde, courtesy of a Homestuck AU.

He likes books, poetry, fencing, making music, and really pretentious ironic literary analysis. Also, light doesn't necessarily equal good.

He's going to have a rough time making new positive CR at first, primarily because the previous traumas of the Tower, everything he's dealing with and the months he spent in his own world are going to come together to make him retreat and try to push people away. For a while, anyway. He's kind of a huge asshole, but he means well at heart.

Jack has a crunchy trickster outer crust, but a warm goober filling. When he first arrives he'll be overwhelmed by and very, very excited about the fact that he's not invisible and intangible to his fellow Tower residents, because he's taken from a little after the middle of the movie (after Easter, before he gets any believers of his very own) so he hasn't been seen or heard by humans for 300 years. Otherwise, he's is a spirit whose purpose is to protect kids and give them a sense of fun, so he will naturally gravitate towards child characters. If you have a young one and wouldn't mind some CR, I'd love to hear from you! (I'd love to hear from everyone though. Ahh I'm so excited to be here!!)

OH ALSO Jack has a violet collar and is in room 2-10.

This round I've brought in a second young girl with cool powers and existential issues - Klara, the unlockable third player character from the artsy PC game you've never heard of, Pathologic. She's an altruistic and kind young girl whohahahaha, okay.

Klara is a literal living plague who is used to having to be conniving and confusing to stay alive. She's also got a permissions post here, which covers fancy schmancy power-related stuff.

She'll be chilling out in room 1-11, and has a violet collar, which really doesn't match her clothes at all but hey, what can you do.

Hello everyone! My name is Hawk, I'm new here, and I'm bringing you Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold from that one show about fairy tales that isn't Grimm, Once Upon A Time.

For those of you who don't know, Rumple here is a three hundred year old magical being known as the Dark One, which he became after stabbing and killing the previous one by accident, and was once a cowardly spinner. He had a son he lost and most of the terrible acts he does during the series is all part of his plan to find a way to find his son and apologize for being a terrible, terrible person/parent/everything. He's also somehow the Beast from Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella's fairy godmother (okay, he blew up the real one and took her place), and the Crocodile from Peter Pan. After the Evil Queen (from Snow White) enacts the Dark Curse and sends them to the Land Without Magic, he becomes Mr. Gold, pawnbroker and owner of the land the town of Storybrooke is located on and also the first of the cursed characters to regain their pre-curse memories because he plans ahead like that.

Gold's coming from season two and while I'm going to not share spoilers for the most part, all that you really need to know is that he's still a terrible person who is now trying to be a good person (and failing), he has a girlfriend (kinda), and has found his son (who just wants him to go away).
